Account Registration

RestoRok offers a cloud-based management system to enable restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, retail shops (Customers) to manage, assess, track, optimize, and scale their business operations and meet their needs accordingly. You must open an account with us (a “RestoRok Account”) to use the Services. During registration, we will ask you for information, which may include but is not limited to, your name and other personal information. You must provide accurate and complete information in response to our questions, and you must keep that information up-to-date. You are fully responsible for all activities pertaining to your RestoRok Account, including any actions taken by persons to whom you have granted access to said RestoRok Account. We reserve the right to change the account type, suspend or terminate the RestoRok Account of anyone who provides inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete information, or who fails to comply with the account registration requirements, when it comes to both offline and online sales processes.
RestoRok may, in its sole discretion, terminate or refuse to approve registrations for RestoRok with or without cause or notice, other than any notice required by Applicable International Comparative Law. At this time, RestoRok Services are offered only to users residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt.

Account Cancellation & Data Protection

RestoRok reserves the right to cancel or terminate any RestoRok account in violation of the Terms and Conditions as well as Privacy Policies of this agreement; in which case RestoRok also reserves the right to hold on to any personal information belonging to the customer in question in its database, for a period of one month starting from the cancellation date.
If, however, the customer chooses, for one reason or other, to cancel or terminate their RestoRok account of their own accord, RestoRok will immediately disregard and remove any personal information belonging to the customer in question from its database.

Confidentiality

Only you have the right to access and use your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your login information remains confidential at all times. RestoRok will assume that in case your login information is used to access the Services by a user other than yourself, the latter has the legal authority to use such credentials. If you become aware of an unauthorized login from an unknown user, you agree to notify RestoRok immediately by email at support@restorok.com You remain liable for any activity on your account until RestoRok is notified of the violation in question, and the Company may therefore proceed to take appropriate action.

Data Privacy & Security

The privacy and security of your personal information is important to us. RestoRok Privacy Policy describes and defines the types of personal information we collect about you, and the means in which we use them, in compliance with International Comparative Law. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully, as it forms a binding part of these Terms and Conditions and contains important information about your rights.

Permitted Activities

By using the Services, you agree to the following:
  • You will not use the Services in any way that violates Applicable International Comparative Law, these Terms and Conditions, or any other Privacy Policies.
  • The information you upload or post does not infringe on others’ intellectual property or rights.
  • You will not upload harmful programs or viruses.
  • You will not impersonate others or provide false information.
  • You will not attempt to damage, hack, or interfere with the Services.
  • RestoRok may suspend or terminate your use of the Services for any violations.
  • You shall not republish, distribute, reproduce, duplicate, or gather any material from RestoRok without approval.
  • You shall not sell, rent, or sub-license RestoRok material.
  • You may not create frames that alter our website without permission.

User Generated Content

Parts of this website allow users to post or exchange information. RestoRok does not pre-filter content. Users are responsible for their posts. RestoRok is not liable for any damages arising from such postings.
RestoRok reserves the right to remove inappropriate or violating comments.

  • Outstanding debts to RestoRok
